Chef Supa is originally from Muang District, in Nakhon Ratchasima province, Thailand. It was here, at her family home, that she first learned the art of Thai cooking. She has brought those same authentic recipes to Bucks County, where she has lived for the last two decades. Despite this, she remains close to her roots, traveling to Thailand every year to visit family, and even sourcing some of her key ingredients from her hometown.
Having spent the last decade refining her culinary skills even further, she has become a master at what she does. She has done dinner parties, catering, and even run her own cooking classes, somehow also managing to open Supa Thai, by herself, in 2019! Since opening Supa Thai, currently based in Rice’s Market, she has overseen the production of every single item, from scratch. Her unwavering devotion to her craft and her attention to detail can be seen –and tasted!– in the delicious Thai meals she serves.
This devotion extends to every aspect of what she does, including her ingredients. Chef Supa uses only the freshest and most authentic ingredients, selecting most of them herself and even growing herbs in her own garden! She is also devoted to providing excellent service, happy to accommodate special requests and making everything to order! While her current space only allows for takeout service, the quality of food served is much higher than what one could expect to find at many full service Thai restaurants. Open five days a week and offering pick-up or local delivery, as well as larger portions for catering, whether you’re looking for a quick lunch or a dinner your guests won’t forget, Supa Thai is the place to go!
