I The Historic Capital: Ayutthaya

First, we’ll recover from our long flights in Ayutthaya, the historic capital of Siam and a Unesco World Heritage site. Experience the tranquility of the past, while touring some of Ayutthaya’s dozens of Buddhist monasteries, and soak in the serenity of today with a multi-day, all-inclusive stay, at luxury spa: Thann Wellness.

Culinary Highlights include a visit to Ayutthaya’s historic floating markets and a visit to Michelin-rated Bib Gourmand street vendor for a taste of the region’s famous Boat Noodles.

II The Jungle: Khao Yai

After arriving, we’ll jump right in, exploring the wilds of Thailands central rainforest near Supa’s home, including tours of Khao Yai National Park, picnics at area waterfalls, and a visit to White Buddha Temple.

Culinary Highlights include our first classes, hosted in Supa’s home, to introduce you to the basic elements of Thai cooking; a vineyard tour and wine tasting; market visit including classic Thai breakfast: Khao Mun Gai

III The Vibrant Metropolis: Bangkok

Finally, we return to the vibrant capital for a whirlwind tour of city life, including Bangkok’s famous shopping districts, a visit to Wat Arun, and a nighttime stroll through Khaosan Road’s Hawker’s Market.

Evenings, we’ll escape the hustle and bustle of the city to our hotel Praya Palazzo, accessible only by private barge from the banks of the Chao Phraya River.

Culinary Highlights include a private cooking class at The Thai House, a street food tour by Tuk Tuk, and dinner at some of Bangkok’s Michelin-starred and recommended restaurants.
